Snow Much Fun Saturday

It is always so amazing to wake up on a snowy morning at the cottage. The view from the sliding door of our bedroom is always wonderful but it is particularly beautiful when the trees are all snow covered and there is still some snow gently falling.

We had a great breakfast then set out for some snowshoeing. 4 of us stuck with the trails through the woods which were terrific and 2 headed down to the lake. Another friend arrived about 3:00 and we shuttled one car out (it wasn’t 4 wheel drive as I had thought so we figured we might as well drive it out to leave at the mailboxes today rather than tomorrow. We made some reasonable progress on the puzzle and had a few fun games of Bananagrams and Codenames after our delicious fondue dinner.
